WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS DESTINED TO BE A LEADER

Over the course of my career, as a facilitator of learning and as an instructional designer, I had the privilege of launching and leading several successful training departments for various organizations. I have used over 20 years of experience in leadership and management in coaching and training individuals using adult-learning theories, and the development of instructor-led and online training programs. I have a master’s degree in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, New York City. I am passionate about the academic instructional field and consistently seek out opportunities to enhance training and development techniques. I believe that every individual is destined to be a leader. Being a leader is not about the title, but the individual who is willing to lead by sharing their knowledge, skills and ability with others. Dream big, never stop learning. Whether it be for personal or professional growth, learning never stops. CoiL is not just a place for learning, it is a place to connect and build relationships. It’s a safe-haven designed to inspire people to share their experiences, knowledge, and skills. Per my upbringing and richly deep-rooted background in education and training, I deliver the necessary and diverse foundation that represents The CoiL Learning Center!
