Training That Leads to Real Careers
Training That Leads to Real Careers
At The CoiL Learning Center, we focus on practical education, hands-on experience, and real-world results. Our goal is to help you build a future in live events, audiovisual production, and hospitality.

OUR MISSION
BUILT FOR THE INDUSTRY. DRIVEN BY STUDENTS.
We provide immersive training that prepares students for entry-level roles in AV and live event production. Every course is designed around what the industry actually needs. Our instructors bring real experience to the classroom, and our students graduate ready to work.
HOW WE TEACH
Focused. Practical. Professional.

OUR ROOTS
Created by Event Professionals
CoiL was founded by people who have built careers in live events. We know what it takes to thrive in this industry because we’ve lived it. That insight shapes every program we offer and every space we design.

WHO WE SERVE
A Place for All Skill Levels
Whether you're fresh out of school, exploring a new career, or already working in the field, CoiL offers programs that match your goals. Our students include high schoolers, college students, recent grads, freelancers, and career changers.
OUR FACILITIES
Spaces That Reflect the Real World

Our classrooms don’t look like classrooms. They’re designed to simulate the environments found at live events, trade shows, concerts, and conferences. From our LED stage wall to our production labs, every space is made for hands-on learning.
A Team With Experience

As a facilitator of educational programs, Ormilla has had the privilege of launching and leading several successful learning initiatives for various organizations. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership and development, applying adult learning theories and creating both instructor-led and online training programs. She holds an MA in Instructional Design and a BBA in Computer Information Systems. Ormilla believes that every individual is destined to be a leader. Being a leader is not about the title, but about the willingness to lead by sharing knowledge, skills, and abilities with others. Whether for personal or professional growth, learning never stops.

In the education field, Earl has taught students from all walks of life the fundamentals of sound, recording, mixing, and mastering. He served as the Director of Education for an Orlando-based trade school for over a decade, where he managed projects, designed instructional materials, developed virtual training, conducted train-the-trainer sessions, administered LMS and SIS platforms, recruited instructors, and audited educational processes for accreditation. Before joining the CoiL team, Earl also worked as a project manager in the A/V industry. Currently, he develops and instructs both hands-on and hybrid training programs for the CoiL Learning Center, which supports the professional growth of LMG and EventEQ technicians.
More Than a Training Program
When you join CoiL, you become part of a growing professional network. We keep our alumni looped into job opportunities, community events, and new learning options.
